Christmas Cookie

1 oz peppermint schnapps
1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 oz Bailey's Irish cream

Inventors of the Christmas Cookie are the Gumby, it is very popular at the local Bar of Sioux City, known as Mike's Saloon. Our inspiration was the Oatmeal Cookie, but we used Peppermint Schnapps instead of Cinnamon Schnapps in the Recipe.In a shaker filled with ice, combine equal parts of Rumple Minze 101, Kaluha, and Baileys Irish Creme.
